What a fun filled weekend! Friday we started by going to the Troy Aquatic Center with The Grouch's, Hladki's, & Chandler's. We had fun, alittle cold so we didn't get to stay too long. Friday night I had a fun night out with the girls for Holly's 30th Birthday! Saturday we explored Arts, Beats, & Eats in Royal Oak where we won Hailey two goldfish that she kisses every night before bed. And Sunday we went to the zoo with the Somer's. We had so much fun and saw so many animals. The Labor Day weekend was filled with good times!!!!!!
We are happy family, married in 2006 and our beautiful daughter, Hailey born in July 2008 and now expecting another little peanut in April 2011. Life is good!!!!

Our little Hockey Girl!
Hailey's first time on a Hockey Rink. Friday nights Jeff plays hockey at Cranbrook ice Rink and this week we took Hailey so she could go out before all the boys started playing. She loved it soo much. She was screaming and crying at me when I was taking her skates off because the game was starting. I think we have a skater in our future!
Thomas the Train at Huckleberry Railroad
We took Hailey to see Thomas the Train at Huckleberry railroad on saturday afternoon. She was so excited when she saw Percy first as we walked in to the park. They had all sort of games and things for the children to do. Hailey got a tattoo (fake of course) then went to the kiddie rides. We then took a 40 minute ride on Thomas the Train and she loved to look out the window. The day was extremely hot in the sun but we still had a great time. We went in a hay maze, played with all the train table and went to the bubble station. It was a great day of family fun!!!!!

August 24, 2010
Today started off like any other day, wake up, play with Hailey, feed Hailey and then I had my normal yearly exam at the doctors. Then Hailey & I got some good news. I'm pregnant!!!!!!!! We are having blood work done to confirm but two tests later and both are positive. Which came as a huge surprise since I took one four days ago and it was negative. So we are going to have another baby and Hailey is going to be a Big Sister! We are so excited to be adding to our loving family!!!! After the doctor appointment we hurried down Woodward to Jeff's office and expressed the news to him. We are so grateful and hope this baby is blessed with good health and as good of sleeping habits as Hailey!
Clam Lake with the Hladki's
We want ot thank the Hladki's, Hainer's, and Olsen's for such a great time! Even all the dogs. The vacation was a good time and hope we can do it again. Hopefully the weather will be hotter and maybe the weekend can be longer. Hailey did so well wit

OUR GIRL IS TWO!!!!!! I can't believe another year has gone by so fast. Hailey is growing so fast and has turned into a little jabber jaws. She loves to talk! She celebrated her birthday with all of her family and friends and had a big party here at our house. She received so many toys and tries to play with all of them every day.
Her birthday party was a Minnie Mouse theme.

Hailey went on her first train ride. We went to Chicago In May for a family wedding and the train ride went icky on the way there but great on the way home. Hailey unfortunetly got sick on the way there and proceeded to be sick for most of the weekend. So it was an adventure. You can not have a weak stomach as a parent. Jeff even surprised us when we got off the train. He was going to stay home and study but he flew out to Chicago and s
urprised us. It was my birthday and Mother's Day weekend. So it was a wonderful surprise. My parents, Kermit and Karry went with us and we all had a great time. But we need to go back when we have more time to visit with relatives and visit the Windy city.

April 20,2010
My little girl is becoming a big girl, seems like yesterday she was just born. She will be 22 months old this week and the time went by so fast. Hailey is enjoying spring, she loves going outside. She especially loves the park out back and whenever we drive by a park she wants to stop and play. We now have to spell PARK when talking about it because if we say it and can not go then she throws a fit.

Potty Time!!!
Potty Training is under way!!!!!! Hailey peed a few more time in the toilet yesterday! YEAH! She is so cute, she gets this big grin when she goes and can hear it in the toilet. She also seems to like her potty book when she is sitting there. She ran around the house yesterday with a bare bottom and loved it, although she had a few accidents I think she is learning.

April 12, 2010
Well as I thought, I would not be good at this blogging thing. I haven't written in a few months. Hailey is still getting larger and smarter everyday. Hailey went to her first Red Wings game on March 30th with both Jeff & I. She had a lot of fun watching the hockey game and especially the people sitting around us. We had to leave a bit early, she just did not like being stuck in a seat and not being able to run around. Let's just say it will be a little while before her next game. She had a great Easter this year and loved the chocolate the most! We have decided to start potty training and yesterday she peed in the toilet for the first time. I never thought something like this would bring me to tears, but it did. She was so excited and we even have a potty sticker chart on the wall. So far so good!
She is also learning so many new words everyday and has started to speak some sentences. It's crazy how someone her age can understand and speak so much. It definitely makes it so much easier when she wants something or getting her to help me do something. Yeah, I'm starting to have a little helper!

The Leaf Family
Hello Everyone! I have never wrote a blog before so here is our attempt to keep everyone posted on the crazy of our everyday life. Our little girl, Hailey is almost 18 months old. Time really goes by too fast. Keeping up with her unbelievable energy is quite a challenge for me but well worth it. She is walking, running and practically sprinting to whatever she can get her hands on. I never thought it was a good idea to get a leash for a child but now I understand and think it's a brilliant idea. Jeff is back to studying for the last of three levels for his CFA designation. His exam is in June and we can't wait to have our favorite guy back! I am also currently still in school working toward a Bachelor in Health Science Adminstration and just waiting to see if I can get into a nursing program at either Macomb Community College or Schoolcraft College. I have also decided to return to part-time work as a traveling dental assistant with a company that provides dental services to nursing homes. I am excited for the new opportunity and look forward to whatever the next year will bring me.
We had a wonderful 2nd Family Christmas this past year. Hailey was so excited to open gifts and is loving playing with them every day. She got a awesome trampoline from her Uncle Kermit & Karry and loves to go in it and jump around. She even got to visit with two Santas this year. Hailey visited her first Santa at Twelve Oaks Mall with her buddy Mack and then got a gift from Santa again at the annual Hart Christmas party. She seems to be okay with Santa so far she doesn't scream but she also clings to mommy and daddy before going to Santa. We spent New Years at the Hart house this year and Hailey enjoyed playing with her buddies Mack, Alex and Luke. She did not have an easy time sleeping that night and happened to wake at 11:45pm so she was able to cheer in the New Year with the grown ups and mommy & daddy got a big hug & kiss from our precious girl.
